1. Standard Returns
If you receive your product and you feel it is unsuitable or does not meet your expectations, you may contact our customer services department and discuss the return process with them. Any item purchased from DieHardFans.com may or may not be eligible for returns depending on the Manufacturers Returns Policy.
You must make your return request with our customer services however, within 7 days of receipt of the ordered item. If a return request is not made within this time frame, we will not be able to refund you. DieHardFans.com shall not be able to honor any request after 7 days of receipt of the ordered item.
When returning an item, make sure that it is returned in the condition you received it, including original packaging and all tags intact. Remember to include all necessary paper work, parts and accessories to insure you get full credit. All items should be returned via pre-paid shipping and we cannot accept any C.O.D. packages. If you do not send it via pre-paid, it will be returned to you, with the bill.
Should your return request be processed, you will be asked to return the item to our warehouse; please contact our customer services team to obtain the correct address. Once returned you will be refunded the amount of the purchase price when ordered, after the deduction of shipping ($4.95), handling ($5.00), gift wrapping, and administrative charges (20% on the purchase amount).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Should your products arrive damaged, or should they prove to be defective on delivery, you may contact our customer service team to discuss the return process. You must however, contact the customer service team within 7 days of delivery in order for your return request to be considered.
After contact with the customer service team, you will be required to return your product, including all packaging, tags intact, parts and paper work to the given address.
If you find that your item or its packaging is extensively damaged upon delivery, contact our Customer Service Team immediately (within 24 hours). When contacting our customer service team, ensure that you have your order number from the original confirmation email. This will increase the efficiency of our service and the return process. You will be required to pay for the postage costs of the item you are returning. We will refund you the postage along with the purchase cost 30 days after the product has been returned.
Payment on all items returned is refunded in the same manner in which the item was originally paid for at purchase. Refunds are made within 15 business days or sooner of our receiving the returned product.
4. Returns Packaging
All items should be returned via pre-paid shipping and we cannot accept any C.O.D. packages. If you do not send it via pre-paid, it will be returned to you, with the bill.
Kindly pack the item securely in its original carton/box (wherever possible). Don’t forget to complete and include the return form in the package.
5. Returns Process
Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for the DieHardFans.com Customer Service Team to deal with a customer’s case. Should your return request be processed, you will be asked to return the item to the return address and RMA given by the Customer Service Team member.
6. Return Address
We ship our products from different warehouses; whereby it is important that your returns are made to the warehouse the product was shipped from. Our customer service team will be able to assist you with the exact return address for your particular product.
7. Non- Returnable Products Policy
We have several products that we do not accept returns on. This is due to the fact that they are all products that have been custom made (made on order), and are thus our non stock items. They include jewelry, furniture, and glass items in certain teams, minimum order runs, hot market products, custom jerseys and hats. There are absolutely no returns accepted or refunds given on uniforms.
Shipping time is depends on the availability of the product at the time of order as well as the type of product it is. The estimated standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days.
The only reason a product may be delayed is if it is out of stock at the time of purchase. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately.

We partner with UPS, FedEx and USPS to do our shipping and use the fastest and most affordable options available.
Unlike other websites that may overcharge you with unacceptable shipping fees, DieHardFans.com has a standard flat shipping charge of $4.95 per order. This means that whether you buy a single key ring, a sofa (large, oversized product), or multiple products, your entire order will be shipped for the flat rate of $4.95. This shipping charge is applicable for orders being shipping only within the USA.

Due to the very large selection of products that we carry it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If an item that you’ve ordered is out of stock or backordered you will be notified by email promptly.
